These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RushBatch, a brand of Collabify ("RushBatch", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, desktop app, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The Services are intended for business use. You may not use the Services if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

Use of the Services

Use the Services only for lawful purposes.

Do not attempt to access or interfere with non-public systems or data.

Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Services.

You are responsible for the content you upload and export.

Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription or additional credit purchases. Credits are measured in square feet (sqft) of print area and are deducted when you export.

Subscription fees and credit purchases are billed in advance. Pricing and plan details are shown at checkout and in the app.

You can manage or cancel your subscription via the billing portal. Cancellation stops future billing; you may continue to use remaining credits.

Refunds

Refunds are evaluated case-by-case, especially for unused overage packs. Please contact support if you believe a refund is appropriate.

Intellectual Property

We own all rights to the Services and related materials. You retain rights to your content. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a manner that could harm us or others.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RushBatch and Collabify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date.
